How does Abhyasa Flow?

Be it as a beginner, a senior citizen, an advanced practitioner, or someone with special needs, we take pride in our inclusivity and firmly believe that yoga is not just a skill, but a way of life. 


Here’s how the session unfolds

Progress is not only encouraged but consistently evaluated—students undergo monthly assessments to reflect their learnings.

 

The week culminates in a vibrant integration of all that has been learned, expressed through creative sequences and flowing Vinyasas.

Class Fees

Choose from flexible class fee options starting at ₹1200 per month for recordings only.

 

Attend live classes

  • 3 days a week for ₹1400 per month

  • 4 days a week for ₹1800 per month

  • 5 days a week for ₹2200 per month
